I do hate my competitive side sometimes. He did the same on my perspective post so I decided to bot everyone elses’ comments as well to be on a fair playing field, then put a small bounty on it (have been wanting to try it). He earned a 0.001 community share, grrr.
I did advise him to be respectful where he chose to comment when he mentioned you being nice. Some people don’t listen. Sigh.

I've noticed him doing it with almost all his replies. So I won't be upvoting those any more.
Yeah the bounties aren't perfect in my opinion. I did ask them to be solely based on the blog owners up-votes, but i could see that being an issue if you don't have the slider. I do like the idea though, and will be using them again soon.

I did ask steem bounty about possible abuse. They know there is an issue and are thinking of methods of abuse prevention. They did promptly respond back to my question, link below if interested in their answer. I like the idea too and will probably try again if I have time to write a bounty-worthy post. :)

Agreed, no one wants to downvote someone that stops by a post, abuser or not. Well, unless it's a phishing scam or outright spam.
Indeed. But the 'hunters' that watch the bounty post and arrive with self-votes and bots are not cool!
I enjoy being a dick so sometimes i go make the bot go negative just for my own sick amusement. Absolutely nothing against him. He seems very nice. I just like being a douchebag sometimes. I find a lot of ways to mess with people around here on my bad days. But then there are other days I give him a good full upvote. It is really what end of the personality spectrum I am on that day. Listen to the angel on this shoulder oooooor the devil on the other? I never know. Some days I love rainbows and puppys other days I want to watch the world burn. Today is a good day though.
