No, not at all. You can just blindly send money to @booster if it is just a few bucks. And even if people bid more than 5, which happens all the time you can make great profit. Important is the overall sum of all bids. But with $1-3 you cannot do much wrong because the frontrunners will make such small bids worth it most of the time. Only for higher bids you should consider to monitor it at the end of the cycle.
