Is there anyone who knows of applications that can produce a report of an individual users financial transactions on the blockchain?

I am trying to find the best way to keep track of each gift of Steem and SBD and my trades for tax tracking purposes.

I did find someone with a database of the entire blockchain that I could mine for the data. If I cannot find anything I might have to build it myself.
