But it was not always so bad with the memory of Judas. Initially, Judas Christians did not pay much attention. This was the point: formally, in fact, Judas only fulfilled the will of Jesus himself. After all, Judas said Jesus something like: "Go and do what you must." Preliminary, Jesus notified the apostles publicly (at a secret evening) that one of the disciples would betray him. And this will be the one to whom he points. And he pointed out, passing the bread that was dipped in the wine to Judas.
Then Judas got up and left the house, where the last in the life of Jesus was the Last Supper. That, in fact, is all that more or less reliably indicates the rationale and the very act of Judas.
All the rest, like this: Satan sat in Judas and he acted at his instigation; Judas received a reward from the high priests, etc., I do not consider reliable. It's just speculation, kmk.
According to Satan and his introduction into Judas is not a fact at all. This is from the field of religious fiction. Not only do I not believe in Satan, so I also consider the idea of the enemy as a blasphemous God. Right by the glorious enlightened Roman of Celsus. I share his position expressed in a very sensible book "Against Christians", which is about 2000 years old.
