Howdy Doody is Trying to Quit Smoking...Help Him With your Advice

Howdy Doody ran away from our home about 60 years ago, but recently returned with a host of bad habits.

He drinks like a fish (Vodka) follows a terrible diet of burgers and fries, snorts cocaine and of course as you can see from the photo, he's addicted to cigarettes. With all of his poor self-indulgences I'm surprised he looks so good for his age...amazing. Perhaps bad habits are actually 'good' for us???

Anyway; I'm trying to help him quit smoking at the moment...take cessation from over indulgence one step at a time. So, I'm reaching out to the steemit community to help Howdy out by offering some hints on quitting the smokes...
