It looks that I experienced this situation- tried to upvote with no luck plus my account has got 0.9 steem ballance. Thats why your kind offer suits me perfectly to speed it up a bit. Would you be so kind and boost temporary my Steem Power pls? :)

I also had this situation. Don't think I will anymore, but I am glad for the clarification. This makes a lot of sense. Those error messages were getting annoying.
