The structure of Steemit in regards to governance is what most seem to be concerned about. The structure in place now only serves those at the top @thehive

Please take a look at the Matrix-8 multi-level governance system. I think it may be a good solution for Steem governance. It's gonna be built on Steem anyway, at least that's the plan. We are looking for developers to build it.
