binance has announced an update in the last hours!

 Binance will perform a scheduled system upgrade shortly after 2018/02/10 6:00 AM (UTC).

  The upgrade will take approximately 30 minutes. Binance will suspend withdrawals and trading during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience.
