i'm going to show you step by step how you can join the Discord community.
to join you'll need to have 0.001 Steem dollars which you'll find in your steemit wallet...
like below.

now go to https://discordapp.com/register

hit the continue button with any email, steemit username and any password.
then complete the captcha and verify your email like below. you'll have to complete a captcha here

you'll then find the discord website as it is shown below.

now go to https://discord.gg/4cfRZx2
then accept the invitation.

you'll now find the discord site like this...

so now you'll have to do exactly as I say.
after pressing that PAL logo like in the above image you'll do exactly as in the next image...

like image, you need to be in the register.
then... yeah see the next image now.

write $register (steemit username) as i wrote in the image. that ashikstd is my steemit username and you should use yours.
after that, you'll find a reply as the below picture.

now go to your steemit wallet.
and hit the transfer button of steem dollars as shown below...

now copy-paste exactly they give you in reply; see the next image.

after doing this, you'll get a reply again like below.

when they say successfully registered then go to the upvote option there like below image...

in here, you'll need to type as i showed in the image.
type "$upvote (one of your steemit post link)"
then check some times later you'll find upvote, increasing balance and maybe reputation in your profile.

now check again your steemit wallet. you'll find that your steemit dollars which you sent, it's back.
and do the last part every 48 hours later once with a new post then you'll get upvote on that post again.
