Haha I can imagine your surprise when you first heard of steemit... though my turn to express the same reaction came a whole year later after you... It's quite impressive that you got 11$ on your 1st post back then when steemit wasn't as popular as it is today. Oh no I'm dumb sorry of course less people meant more exposure.
