Correct Your Mistakes
The first thing you need to know is that we are Humans and we are bound to make Mistakes. It's what we do after making those Mistakes which determines what your Future will be about.
Most of us will run away from their Mistakes but believe me that is not the right thing to do. You can run away from your Mistakes but they always have a tendency to catch up to you.
So it is better to face your Mistakes head on. You have made a Mistake which you cannot undo so do things that will help you to make amends for your Mistake.
Once you get through your Mistake and make amends it will feel like you have nothing on your Conscience.

I used to overthink for years after I did something stupid. Happily, I've come to realize that our past doesn't define us, and we should consider them experiences rather than mistakes. As long as you learn from your mistakes and you don't repeat them over and over again, you can say that you're learning and evolving :D Good luck!
We all had same situations where we did Something Stupid and just constantly thought about it all the Time.
What we should have done is Learn so that we never do the same Stupid stuff again.

These Days people don't get Constructive Criticism well. They feel like we want to make them small in the Society.
In some cases that is true as some people like to Over Criticise people's but you have to be strong and not take those criticisms to heart.
It's a good idea to confront mistakes. but there are many people who can not accept the mistake and can not face it. I wish everyone listened to the advice in this article. The world becomes a more beautiful place . very good messages. thanks
