So of these round stones are called thunder eggs, they are past explosive projectiles from active volcano eruptions. Normally they are cut in half by scientists to analyse the different coloured interiors that reveal the make up of the larva that created the thunder egg.
Given the video the other possibility is that this rock has been repeatedly tumbled and rewashed in an active river bed with that agitation removing all sharp edges from the rocks surface...
But again that is my minor theory, I think it its major chance is being a thunder egg...
