AREPA SIN TRANSPARENCIA.jpg

We are a new community that wants to spread the use and knowledge about steemit to all the venezuelans. By our own experience we know that steemit.com is a tool that grants economic freedom, the possibility of incomes, an opportunity to invest and a safekeep of your money. In this platform the union and the community are the key to success, that is why our principle is “Together we can achieve success, survive the and enjoy in times of crysis”.

Surely you are asking ¿why arepa? Well, in the same way the arepa is in a lot of places of Latino América, in that same way we want steemit to be present in the lifes of all venezuelans on daily basis. This make us a group of venezuelans we one single goal: That all venezuela knows steemit.

In the @arepa we want to create a meeting point where all the venezuelans on steemit (new or veterans) can interact with each other, give support and help the new user to grow. Solidarity is one of the characteristics of the steem blockchain and we hope that this becomes one of the characteristics of Venezuela once more.

Everybody has his favorite @arepa, there is room for every single flavor to fill the arepa, in the same way in this blockchain all the venezuelans can find a place to write and develop posts about your passions, professions and/or hobbys.

The project:

The filling of this @arepa has four principal ingridients, all of them with two presentations:

  1. Formation: is the first field of work. This consist in veteran users of steemit helping the new ones, this way we can build integration, solidarity and trust in one single activity. The experience of old users that came from trials, hits and mistakes will become a guide for all the people that want to begin on steemit. The second part is the sistematization of all this expertise in guides, workshops, podcasts and recomendations that will become tools for the new users so they can learn by doing, in our case, by posting.
  2. Captation: This field of work, as the name says, has the task of reaching new users: entrepeneurs, artist, developers, bussiness, people in general. ¿How? easy by hosting meetups, workshops, little conferences, contests, podcasts; anything that can put steemit in the life of venezuelans as an opportunitty to overcome the crysis and to have fun. The second field of work of captation is finding support in: the communities that already exist, the whales and the witnesses who wants to collaborate with this project.
  3. Diffusion: This is a team with the task of making all the publications about the @arepa and to the support of our awesome members to give them visibility on the community.
  4. Curation: we want to generate a curation trail with voluntary delegations that let us distribute the vote proportionally to the delegations that the users made. Leaving a percentage to support the new talents. The 25% of the monthly earnings will be distributed between the delegators, 25% will go to venezuelan social projects that are working on steemit and 50% to fund the activities of @arepa.

Everybody knows the difficulties of life in Venezuela, the crysis is a hard burden. In the @arepa we want to support any social project that wants to open an account and help them to gain visibility and a place in every community, hoping that they get the best possible experience on steemit.com

This hard labor that we want to do needs the participation of all the users that desire to volunteer. The captation, sistematization, even the trail, all of this needs people who support this initiative. We can't do it alone, and our strength comes from solidarity and union. Only together we will attract new users to steemit and to the steem blockchain.
