It is. One thing I have come to realize since joining Steemit is that some people do not know this.

I am a Steemit editor with @blue-pencil, and we come across this all the time, from smaller countries. But once you inform them they are super nice and apologetic and it does not happen again. Some- not all.

It's hard for me to understand how you cannot have that little gut feeling that it is wrong, but I will give the benefit of the doubt. Once. Do it again or blatantly with no cultural excuse then you are simply a cheating thief. To put it mildly ;)
