It's great to talk about ideas on how to help steemit be a great platform. I'll want to think about what you're said a while but my first inclination is to not want to restrict or make rules, taxes. People hate rules and restrictions. I think we should put our brain power to think of better rewards in addition to the $ that comes with votes. I watched the founder of steemit on bloomberg recently and he was talking about something called SMT (smart media tokens) and I'm wondering if this might be part of the future and wonder how it will work?
