I'm going to copy what I wrote on the other post because it's relevant here is well.

I agree with @Troglodacyl's flag. All these little contests that profiteers are running are essentially mini pyramid schemes which dilute the value of the blockchain because, instead of employing hard work and creating quality, it is employing gimmicks to hook people into to a feedback loop.
Honestly, he is doing a favor by helping disconnect you from this cycle. It's better for you and the community that instead of promoting stuff like this, that you actually go and curate true quality instead of selling out your curation on marketing schemes. Sure, it's your stake and you can do whatever you want but I urge you to consider the bigger picture.

He's doing a good thing. It's not abuse but what you are doing downvoting not based on the nature of the content but a personal disagreement I think is not what flags are supposed to be used for. They are a quality control mechanism and they actually need to be used MORE. Only problem is people are not rewarding for policing the blockchain. At least not yet, it's being worked on. @steemflagrewards
