When you say 1 post per day do you mean something longer form?
I see a lot of short posts, single photos. things that would look short even on Twitter.
Long or short, it does not matter really, you can post whatever you want. This is basically what I do. Sometimes its a long article, and sometimes its a short post like a video I made.
