Every once in a while? I am not familiar, is it a bid bot?
It's an app you can put on iPhone and android, you post through it and once in awhile it triggers the makers of the apps accounts to upvote your post. So sort of a bot.
One in every four or five I think.

Does it still give 50% as steempower? I'm going to try using it but it'll be 7 days before I find out.
