Why is Steemit better than Facebook.

I discovered Steemit just a couple days ago and I already like it more than Facebook.
First of all It's much easier to find interesting content and posts I'm interested in, not just cryptos, money, investing but also for example nice photos or other really beutiful creations of  awesome artists. I often find a content that I would probably never look up to myself and I really like it. 

There is no advertising here. I mean not at all. Cause I really hate those ads on FB and what can really make me angry is when I want to watch some video on Facebook that has like 30 seconds but first they put there ad of some car or whatever and you have to wait. It would be alright if the video was longer but seriosly 30 second  video and I have to watch 20 seconds of ads. 

Other thing I like is that you can support other people just by "givin a like". It's amazing  that I can help people just by doing what I would do anyway. And of course I like the fact that I can earn some little money by doing what I would do anyway! :) Thats my feelings and experience just after few days using Steemit, I reall like how things works here and I'm sure  that I didn't  discover all of them yet.
