Belonging to the third generation of consoles produced by the giant Microsoft and entering late in a line of eighth generation home video game consoles, the Xbox one X the premium high-end version of Xbox One was released on November 7, 2017 with priced at US$499, a pretty high price for a console, especially considering that in November 22, 2013 the Xbox One was sale in the same price but it includes a hard drive of 1Tb and kinect project.

The interesting thing about this console in addition to it's features, focuses on 4K gaming and improved virtual reality performance and even some connoisseurs of the subject suggest that it would be equivalent to a Gamer PC at a cost of about US $ 1,500, may be more powerful than Sony’s rival PlayStation 4 Pro which is US$ 100 cheaper, anyway the Xbox One X so it's quite good for the price it has, speaking in terms of power.

"I don't want to get into all the numbers, but in aggregate you should think about the hardware part of the console business is not the money-making part of the business.” Spencer added project to achieve profits through the sale and distribution of the games and not the console itself.

“The money-making part is in selling games," he said.

Actually it seems to me a good new point of approach this tactic of microsoft, no doubt has great competitors, and maybe it was a risk, but only time will tell, who doesn't risk doesn't win.
