Why people get disappointed and feel unappreciated on Steemit
I have seen many post recently that is talking about users on Steemit that feels like they don't get the appreciation and attention that they deserve and complain about the system on which the bigger players can buy themselves to the trending page.
And on the last part I can agree that it's really hard to find new quality content here on Steemit which is not a whale or a user that bought themselves to the trending, but it's possible and you should take your time finding
them and reward these users.
I saw a Dtube video from @dnews in which he gave the most brilliant answer, I think, to people saying to him that they feel
unappreciated. Appreciate someone else on Steemit and give it time, then the appreciation will come back to you and you also might find friends on the platform at the same time. Engaging in discussions and talking to people will lead to that you will attract more people to your own content in the end, and if the content is good the appreciation will come.
If people come in with the right mind-set and are willing to work hard and realize that this is not a "get rich fast" scheme, then we would have more users that can work hard an become successful, even dough successful can mean different thing for different people.
Just remember to have fun on the platform and try as many thing as you can in order to improve yourself. Try out Dtube, Dsound, Dmania and all the other project and see which might be a perfect fit for just you, because all users are different here and that is something we should cherish.

Amazing words from @anderssinho! You are right that a lot of people want to increase too fast and when they don't see results they give up. It is a long journey and when you are interactive and systematic you will get it!
Just focus on posting good content and promote it on other sites.
