Thanks very much for this post. It's very informative and helpful. However there's one thing I don't understand. You keep mentioning "Quality Posts" and "High Quality Posts" but don't give any kind of definition of what a High Quality Post might be.

How do we know what posts are considered as High quality posts? Is there someone who decides this or is it just anyone's opinion?
