RE: Using Steemit Comments To Lose Friends And Alienate People

in #steemit7 years ago

Personally, red frogs are my favourite. I have no idea what I'm doing here.

I am the guy at the party who is chilling in the kitchen close to the beers... I am friendly and witty and help facilitate people with bottle openers, tell them where the toilet is and lend them a lighter. I have weed, but im not telling anyone, and I usually have two or more people chatting about random things with me as my group fluctuates and recycles with visitors to the kitchen... At the end of the night I will be out the back smoking a joint with a few select cool people of my choosing, and days later people will be heard to remark..

"Who was that dude in the kitchen..?

I think a condensed version of this article or perhaps in video format should be mandatory viewing for all new steemians.

Im seeing so many blatent comments that are cringeworthy. We all want an upvote, or a thousand, but try to add some value.
Someone went to the trouble of constructing a well thought out and executed article, so give a little. ;)

Fishing for likes with zero engagement sticks out like dogs balls.

Green Plastic Frogs.... ya know, just in case ;)

Hahaha, awesome. You are someone I definitely am talking to several times over the course of the night. I have rolled a couple of hash joints, and we have spoken about sports and politics, and everything in between. :-)

Unfortunately, you haven't started blogging yet, and I'm pretty sure @randowhale doesn't work with comments. But I like your style, am following you now, so I'll drop some GPF love on you as soon as you write something.

Thanks for putting a smile on my face this morning with your comment, and welcome to Steemit! :-D
