the color of the shoes refer to the drugs that are sold.
white shoes = crack/coke
green shoes = weed
black or brown shoes = herion
often times you will see the shoes of the oppsite gang colors hanging too as a sign to show that repppin those colors is not aloud in that area.
also it use to be that after woopin someones ass you took their hat, jacket and shoes. cause an ass woopin wasent as much of a big deal as it is now.
