10 Ways to become more productive

  1. Dont buy into all this getting up early crap. Sleep when youre tired, eat when youre hungry. You know your own body, let it lead you in its natural rhythms.
  2. Use the first hour after waking to Shower, exercise, eat a leisurely breakfast and meditate
  3. Turn off the phone and hide from people. Give yourself uninterruptible time.
  4. Get into the habit of only dealing with emails twice a day for a fixed length of time and at set times.
  5. Work on one task at a time.
  6. Stop procrastinating over difficult tasks. choose a time and just do it.
  7. Plan your next day at the end of your working day, never ever just before you sleep...
  8. .....because before you sleep, read a book, fiction. It will take your mind off work and allow you to sleep better....
  9. ......get a good nights sleep, this cannot be emphasised enough.
  10. Only work on a task as long as you're giving it 100% concentration. Know your concentration limits then take a break, stretch your legs and breathe before going back to the task.

10 ideas to weight loss

1.eat that things which are rich in protein like egg fish beans
2.eat things which are enriched by fibre
3.eat salad green vegetable
4.avoide soft drinks and sweet dishes
5.Drink a lot of water almost 20 glass in a day
6.you can eat fat and drink warm water with lemon and honey
7.proper exercise
8.atleast 10000 step in a day
9.always eat before 3 hours at night sleep
10.get proper sleep of 7 to 8 hour daily

Okay but poor SBD, 5 SBD is too poor, too low and too small for this complex contest.

It's like $25 for writing 10 sentences. It's pretty generous in my opinion
