Why Steemit will Steem on and Yours will Fail... And the Winner is???
I have recently seen a lot of attention surrounding the topic of YOURS and honestly I don't feel the same. Investors are raving and chomping at the bit to join the Bitcoin Version of Steemit. Trying to innovate a platform is one thing, but simply Copy catting an already Popular theme hardly ever works. I got to give them kudos on the effort but a solid D- for creativity.
Earlier in the day I Commented on a pot, that first introduced the Yours situation to our Community and I am going to explain now, the same way I explained in my post before. Bitcoins are Worth too much to say you are going to give away anything more than a fraction of a fraction of one. The rewards are going to be too small and interest will fade quickly. Let me lay this scenario out for you.
Yours Launches and crowds poor in for signup and are ready to start posting content, in hopes to have the Magic Bitcoin fairy rain down on them for i'm guessing a system of Upvotes for their posts. Now hundreds if not thousands decide to start posting up a storm and Oh boy what a frenzy. To keep the system afloat the Creators are going to have to payout a Decent amount in the beginning to attract more attention. Only to drop payouts drastically due to the supply and demand theory, where in this case the supply runs out much faster. The problem lies in the price of Bitcoin opposed to the price of Steem. Bitcoin has hit an Elastic ceiling if you will, its prices push higher only to have the tension spring it back lower again. Steem on the other hand, has only begun and the Value only has room to go UP, not to mention the SBD and Steem Power options. This gives it's users the opportunity to invest, Hold or sell. This Method keeps the Value from plummeting, the different versions of the Coin was a brilliant Idea and works as a Safe Guard against the many who feel the need to sell all at once, thus killing the Market.
Stated in a prior post the Gloves will be off at First, but Steemit will come through with the TKO in the Second round. Yours platform does not have the Stamina nor the Investment opportunity that Steemit does. Here'sto a One sided Fight of the Century. Authors have fun with this while it lasts, as i'm in Steemit's Corner Yelling Finish Him!!!!!
