I didn't really think about this, you could basically never post anything and let your loans be a passive income if you really wanted to.

you coul also follow a curator trail and just earn through curation.
I dont know what is more profitable. But you will miss out on a lot this way. As I see steemit as an investmant and of course want to see it grow, it is also a place to learn and make connections and express yourself.
