Full Steem Ahead on Dtube: dreams, goals and aspirations
HI DTUBE!!!
This vlog will be about 2 things:
1st: FULL STEEM AHEAD ON DTUBE.
2nd: Some Dreams and aspirations of mine.
Firstly, I would like to announce that I will be going FULL STEEM AHEAD ON DTUBE (pardon the lame pun) I'm sure it's been used a million times by now…I will be trying to post every 2-3 days on average. Thanks to all the awesome dtubers I've been able to meet on the dtube discord, learned some very helpful information, tips and tricks. Like how to make a larger thumbnail. Thanks @dnews!
I'm excited about the future of dtube, the direction its heading…to be a part of the community...meeting a lot of fellow dtubers and just to see what the future holds and to be a part of the revolution.
Dreams and aspirations:
I've heard that writing down your dreams, goals, missions, priorities can help you actually achieve them. If you keep them in sight, you can always reflect on them focus on them and are more motivated to apply yourself daily to achieving them. So, I'm using this vlog/blog to write down some of my dreams… (I know it can be a little weird) but it's worth a shot. Please feel free to comment below with some of your dreams I would love to hear them.
Here are some of my short and long term goals:
Short Term:
Being more actively engaged and posting more on DTube!
Possibly Dtube meetups!
Finishing the home remodel.
HAVING A KITCHEN ONCE AGAIN.
Getting back on eating a healthy diet (need the new kitchen)
Planting a garden.
Long Term:
Getting out of debt completely.
Buying land (possibly homesteading)
Opening my own bakery!
Possibly posting daily on dtube! (could also be a short term)
Ripple to $10.00 (haha)

My goals are improve my healthy diet and my physical activies (like run, soccer and bike). Maybe try some yoga too.
Awesome that your going the fitness route! No better investment than in your own body. I'm not a yoga fan, haha but all in on the physical activities!
Me neither. But, I wanna try...at least. haahahah

My every year's dream is to live one more year.
Goal: Finish my Masters degree in June.
Dream: to not have to worry about money to provide for my family.
Why: 5 years of student married life, second kid on the way. Never been on medical insurance, never owned a car, grew up struggling like heck. Some times you are just tired!
Life long aspirations: go to summer olympics (due to above, probably inlikely), release a song that plays on itunes top 40 (even a local top 40).
Sorry for the deppro(ness) haha.

You are very welcome @jvanman Glad it made you think. You are on the right track, if your finishing your masters in June you are very close to the finish line there! Things will turn around...I have been trying to settle down for years and years due to my travel related job...Congratulations on your second baby by the way! That is a great goal to achieve by itself for many people...consider it a blessing 😁
Try writing them down...it can feel uncomfortable and to be honest this blog was really my first attempt at it so things can always change with life circumstances. Keep pushing on! and Good luck with all of your lifelong aspirations! Shoot for the stars, if you get to the moon...you did good!

Thanks for showing genuine interest. You used the saying shoot for the stars. My mother always used to say that. I will keep you posted. I'll try not forget. I'll take your advice and try write it down. I used to be in the habit of writing everything down, just gotta get back into the habit. Best of luck hey, and thanks for being real.

That is kinda how I am using my blog aswell, helps me to think through my ideas as I write about them.
Realizing a goal can come from reflecting on other aspects of life I find.
So your own bakery hey? That’s a big deal, I have been baking for 10 years now and it can be a tough industry with large scale bakeries dominating local supermarkets but you will always have demand for artisan style products. Flare will bring people in, 1-2 to die for signature products will sell the rest you offer.
Always remember the best creations in baking have all come from mistakes! Sometimes as a direct result including Nanaimo Bars & Ciabatta. The Nanaimo bar story is one I love to tell people, it was an entry to a contest that didn’t work out correctly and the creator didn’t have time to redo it so and it was sent in anyways and she won, despite not believing in the resulting product, now everywhere you go Nanaimo bars from originating from Nanaimo!

Yeah that is an aspect I love about steemit, actually gets you sitting down and thinking about good things.
Owning my own bakery would be a long term aspiration, If/when the opportunity arises I would love to take it! I am all bout the artisan route, especially bread...artisan fresh sourdough..oohhh 🤩🤩 don't even get me started...plus all the other sweet treats. haha.
Interesting about Nanaimo bars, I never knew that...we don't have those around here thats pretty neat.

Well when you make it happen, I will help you create products that will blow the socks of any typical bakery bread.
As everything I do, KISS keep it stupid simple. Never over complicate the steps to get a end result, words from George Ruedolf my instructor.
That's awesome that you're working on your goals. Not a lot of people work on their passions and pursuits and go stagnate. I'm sure you'll do spectacular on dtube.
