Its called Steemworld.org. It tells you all kinds of fun stuff, like how much your upvote is, what your reputation is, and what your voting power is at.
If you scroll down a bit, you can see all of your recent posts and their current value.
When you click on one of your posts, it will show you what power others used when upvoting you, the images you used in the post, who commented on it, and who resteemed it.
