Hello! Today I want to share my recipes for smoothies, which you can cook at home without too much trouble. Smoothies - a thick drink, the main ingredients of which are blender crushed berries and fruits. Sometimes it adds ice, juice, milk, yogurt, nuts, honey and even eggs.

Smoothie is a very useful and nutritious drink. For clarity, I made photos that will better convey the taste of these drinks.

Some more tips for the proper preparation of smoothies personally from me:

  1. Do not add too much water, otherwise instead of a thick cocktail you will get a liquid jelly.

  2. Homogeneous texture - the key to success. To smoothies turned out really tasty, it is important to get a powerful blender.

  3. Do not mix dark greens with berries. If you want to put in smoothies and strawberries, and spinach, be prepared that instead of beautiful smoothies you will get a swampy slurry.

  4. Cold, but not ice. I did not meet people who liked warm smoothies - a cold cocktail always drink more delicious.

  5. Sweets - an indispensable component of any smoothies. The most universal of the sweet ingredients are bananas. They add both sweetness and cream texture, as well as perfectly combined with any berries and greens.
