So I had a conversation with @ewuoso and he was...well...as always...AMAZING!!

I needed someone to talk to because my plan was to write amazing stuff once I was done with exams. Exams finished, I started writing things from the depth of my heart only to come back and see $1 at the end of 7 days. I know you think it isn't that low but I've earned way higher than this even with less quality posts. Just when I got to find out that I have a thing for science and a bit of fiction and poetry, things were getting worse. I mean I improves the quality of my posts & instead if earning higher, I was depreciating. I was so close to giving up - but where else would I go😭?!!

These three words are... well...just three words which have their different meanings, but together they are my source of motivation. This has been like the best thing I have learnt from all our conversations combined. And hey, I love you!!!

I write this post with excess joy in my heart because I feel over-motivated. Are you having too many zeros on your payouts. You write so well & you earn so low you get discouraged. I know there are so many of us like that so here's what I have to say to you..

FIRST OFF, STEEMIT IS A SOCIAL MEDIA

You do basically the same thing on Facebook. You might get 1001 likes & 500 comments,... but that's all, NOTHING MORE!.
Put the fact that you get rewarded aside and just socialize, this way you won't get disappointed when nothing much comes out. We are all humans. Don't spam whales as this has the tendency to create a bad impression about yourself - create a good relationship instead. Am dedicating this point to @samueloption because I think so far, he's the best I know in this aspect. With the right relationship you'll realize you don't even have to drop links anymore. Socialization is key on Steemit. Play your cards well.

ROME WASN'T BUILT IN A DAY

Have you seen @ejemai's blog of the early days? If not then you should. If I knew him at that time, I would never believe he'd ever make as much as he is making today. And you that just joined few months ago, you are throwing tantrums and attempting suicide in the name of depression...🤣🤣😂
If I was self-centered, I'll tell you to stay away from Steemit & probably stick to Instagram..
But because I love you😍..

Alright...Chill!. I don't know what's on your mind right now but let me explain!.
The fact that you love something doesn't make you good at it. It's not everybody that likes food that knows how to cook. If you know what you are doing now on Steemit is good, but you can do better in another area - please shift. There are 1001 things to do on the platform, so don't limit yourself. Break beyond the limits. Because everybody is writing science & you love what you read; you want to write like them, I pity you. Find your niche. Once you are sure its your calling, develop yourself. I promise there's no way you won't get noticed. This particular point is inspired by @florae...
