love how transparent you are, it's super refreshing.
Thank you again for your guides, they are always well written and easily to understand
I just have two questions.

  1. What is HF19?
  2. When someone upvotes a post that has already been paidout/past the 7 days. what happens?

    1. HF19 was basically an update of the steemit site. Changing some rules about voting power. Your votes count more but you kind of have less =)

    2. After 7 days there will just be no more rewards paid out to authors or upvoters.
