Jacksmelt Catch N' Cook! Recipe!
Today we went out to San Diego to do some fishing for smelts and mackerels. We caught a few and caught a beautiful view as well :)

Recipe/ Directions:
Step 1:
Catch a jacksmelt!
Step 2:
Clean and fillet the fish. Cut out as many bones as possible and scale the fish in detail.
Step 3:
Mix old bay seasoning, badia seasoning, a small amount of cayenne pepper.
Step 4:
Spread on fish evenly
Step 5:
Turn your stove on medium and put a tablespoon of butter in your pan.
Step 6:
Cook until meat is white and flakey.
