Facebook Group.
Office.
Company.
Startup.
System.
Scheme.
Club.
High school.
Birthday party.
There’s always the popular kids.
The higher-ups.
The brass.
The top-earners.
The influencers.
The politicians.
The viral ones.
The rich.
The best-sellers.
The celebrities.
The VIP lounge.
The lucky ones.
And there’s always the ones at the bottom.
The honest people who work their asses off, but still see no progress.
The ones who listen to the questionable advice from the top, but nothing ever works.
The artist with the best creations, but nobody pays attention to them.
The folks who have nothing but good intentions, but nobody cares because there’s no profit.
The poor ones who can’t make much because they’re fighting a system that’s against them, or based on mere luck.
The unlucky ones.
Guess which group gets the most attention?
I don’t need to tell you the answer.
Are circle jerks unavoidable?
Is life a circle jerk?
Is this a sad truth of life we need to accept?

On a more serious note, yes, I'm afraid I agree that there is always going to be an element of circle-jerking. I work as a musician, and the amount of "collaboration" between different music promoters and concert organisers is quite sickening...
The image is the bomb but the story sucks.
