There was no Hard Fork on Bancor Protocol. And there is no plan to do such thing in the future.
Please correct the information in this article to prevent misunderstandings regarding the content :)
And please refer to @Bancor-Network regarding any technical updates of Bancor Protocol.
You are correct, this was based on a spammy post to their slack channel that was crafted to appear legitimate.
I can't edit or correct it now, not sure if its because of the down votes or too much time has passed.
