‘Effective Organic Remedy for Cough & Colds!’
My dear Steemians, when your system is weak and you get the virus, and you suddenly become weaker, got running nose, cough or cold, you do this easy recipe!
- 2 or 3 lemons, peeled
- Slice them up!
- Put them in a deep container (like the picture!)
- And drizzle honey all around it . . .
- Let it stand for an hour... it will produce juice, and that’s the one you drink!
And wallah! Your colds & coughs will disappear!

Thanks for the great and very informative post with nice photographs @aidasfg7 !! Do you know in India a paste of ginger, black pepper and honey is used for cough and cold which is very effective too. Anyways this stuff is looking very appealing and yummy!
