LinkedIn announced Tuesday that it has launched a live broadcast of LinkedIn Live on its social platform with millions of users around the world.

The LinkedIn Live experience will be limited to a simple group of users in the United States through a temporary exchange of invitations or special applications to test them, to be launched later in general, without a specific date.

More than 600 million users around the world can use LinkedIn to take advantage of the new service to make live videos and broadcast them to specific groups or to the public on a network that is primarily concerned with the business world and jobs, according to TechCrunch.

The move, described by specialized sites as "late", to benefit from the high demand for the content of the video, which has been exploited by social networks competing for a long time.
For example, Facebook Live was launched almost three years ago, and YouTube has launched its live broadcast service nearly 10 years ago, according to Mashbell.

The network said it would focus on certain types of interactive videos that interest and interact users, within its comprehensive plan to reshape the content that is broadcast on LinkedIn.

The published images of the new service showed a similarity with Facebook Live service.

LinkedIn launched its own video platform in August 2017.

Microsoft has captured LinkedIn in 2016 in a deal worth over $ 26 billion.
