A malfunction hit whatsapp.. and the wave of anger sweeping Twitter

On Tuesday, whatsapp application introduced a technical malfunction that prevented millions of users from exchanging their messages, prompting them to go to Twitter to express their anger.

The name of the application called " whatsapp" was swept up, as angry and sarcastic comments came out of the holidays.

Twitter data showed that there were more than 339,000 tweets that dealt with the whatsapp holiday, which is used by 1.5 billion people around the world.

"The moment you do not have access to the internet, you feel helpless," wrote one of the worshipers.

"I wanted to open Twitter to make sure that whatsapp is disabled, and indeed it is," said another sarcastically: "I seem to have to contact my family (to talk to her)."
The technical site Down Detector, which follows the technical faults, the failure in whatsapp, noting that it affected users in Europe and South America mainly, as well as other parts of the world, albeit less.

The Arab region was almost unaffected by the disruption of the implementation, the technical map showed.

He said he received about 2000 reports from users who were unable to send messages through the application.
