I think we should take the Growth Plan at face value. HF19 takes on a different complexion in light of the focus on emerging economies and 3rd world nations. You feel the loss by having your revenue cut 30~40 percent, but someone from their target regions would feel pretty "whale-ish" with the revenue from ONE of your posts...
