Btc still cheap than banks

'Technically, Bitcoin is still cheaper than banks. The block 502937 has 17,098 BTC of transactions, with a fee of 15 BTC. It is a 0.08 % fees. This doesn't exist in the bank industry' 

I've looked at fees as a percentage of transactional volume (using the most conservative [i.e. lowest] estimates for transaction volume) and they're typically around 0.2%. During high load, they reach roughly 0.5%.
