- Upvoter's Steem Power is determined by how much money

That means if you have 0 Steem Power, your upvotes will be worth = $0

They don't share the Exact ratio. But you will start feeling it with time. Like if someone with 220.000 in Steem Power gives you a 100% Upvote Thats about $10
