Recently i organised an online training class were i teach people how they can create a messenger chatbot for their business

immediately i finish giving them some valuable information i put out an offer (the offer is all about a paid training session were i will teach them more deep things about chatbot and how they can use it )

After getting enough member in the paid class ( i feel like converting some of those that hasn't join the training class )

So i engaged all those that are yet to join the paid class by sending out a campaign "Asking about the reason they haven't join the training class "

some minutes after the engaging of a thing few numbers of people paid

And why does it happen like that

they see me as a real person that cares for them (which i am and i do) so they trust me and they enter the class

i believe you get the point am tying to drive out in this content

Secondly You can inspire your audience by showing some respect or loyality to them

Normally it is your duty to show respect to everyone be it your customer or no customer

But when your show some signs of honour or respect too much to your customer they might think it because of the product you want to sell

But there is a way to be loyal to them and also show your respect without making them think other wise
