This is great. I follow your part one and i must say your part two about this is also great. You are right, we should always report any threating link we come across. Steemcleaners are there to clean steemit but if they are not aware of any threating link ot issue on steemit, how can they work on cleaning it from steemit. So we should also try to report any link thatay be dangerous to steemit to steemcleaners. This is a great information to know and thanks for sharing this with us. I can not wait for the part three

Actually, steemcleaners or cheetah send alert messages on the post of the people reported and after a while, they are punished. They have the power to "downvote" accounts so bad users lose their rewards. It's a very good thing I guess. Do not let people cheat on Steemit as elsewhere. I do not know yet if there will be a part 3 =D
