It has come to our attention that we have never published an official post which explains the process of how you buy ACOM DVT on Steem-Engine. We still get messages from people asking us how to buy the token and we shouldn't assume that it's an easy process for everyone. Steem-Engine can be a bit glitchy sometimes we must admit, so when it's not doing what it's supposed to be doing we find a simple refresh or two fixes the issue most of the time. For the most part Steem-Engine works very well so never give up on it. That's not an excuse to not buy ACOM DVT!

So here is our step by step instructions on how you can buy ACOM DVT.

Step 1

Login to your Steem-Engine account using your Steem username and Keychain.

If you don't have keychain you can download it for free, it's a very easy to use extension to your web browser. You can download it here https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/steem-keychain/lkcjlnjfpbikmcmbachjpdbijejflpcm?hl=en

Step 2

You will know when you are logged into Steem-Engine as your Steem username will appear in the top right corner. Once logged in head on over to the ACOM DVT marketplace, you can access the market by searching for the token ACOM or simply click the link here https://steem-engine.net/?p=market&t=ACOM and it will take you directly to the marketplace.

Step 3

If you do not have any Steem in your Steem-Engine account you will need to deposit some to cover the cost of your purchase. You will therefore have to deposit some Steem from your Steemit wallet. To do this click the 'Deposit' button at the top of your screen.

The Deposit box will then pop up.

Select Steem and click 'Get Deposit Info'

Enter the amount of Steem you wish to deposit. Don't forget there is always a 1% commission fee for deposits and withdrawals. So if you want to deposit 100 Steem you will need 100 Steem + 1%, therefore 101 Steem will be required for the transaction. Now hit the 'Deposit Steem' button. Your funds will arrive in your Steem-Engine wallet almost immediately.

Step 4

Once you have received your funds you can now make your ACOM DVT purchase. So return to the ACOM DVT marketplace https://steem-engine.net/?p=market&t=ACOM.

Go to the Buy ACOM section on the left of the screen. Complete the relevant fields as required, depending on how much you wish to buy. The cost of each ACOM DVT is 2 Steem so you must fill in the price field with 2.

Once you're ready then click the 'Buy ACOM' button.

The transaction review window will pop up. Click 'Buy' and you will be prompted to authorise the transaction with Steem Keychain.

Once you have completed this part and authorised the transaction with Keychain your purchase is then complete and you have your ACOM DVT. The tokens will now be in your Steem-Engine wallet.
