Bitcoin Takes A Step Back For Now
We have seen Bitcoin hit two new all time highs this past week and we're sure we can all agree it has been an amazing thing to see. We hope in the current moon phase that Bitcoin is in that it will be able to surpass that all important milestone of $70k, which would be a magnificent achievement.
However, today Bitcoin is down 1.3% which continues a slight downward trajectory from the other day after it hit a staggering $69k. Bitcoin is pulling back a little right now but that doesn't bother us. The Bitcoin season continues.
We had thought Bitcoin might be capable of hitting a new all time high and we had been saying so for weeks and then this week it did it. We also think it can still hit $70k in the current Bitcoin moon period that we're in. Some are referring to this price drop as a 'mini crash' but we're not so sure about that. These small corrections we're seeing are part and parcel of the upward cycle we're currently in.
As for the Altcoins many are slightly down around 3% at the moment, including Steem, but again this isn't a cause for concern. Once Bitcoin has stabilised, wherever that price may be, we are still hopeful of a decent Altcoin season which we all continue to patiently wait for.
