I have noticed a very interesting patter while looking up the very strange low account creation per day stats from @penguinpablo who publishes daily steem stats reports! I really see a pattern here, every week there is a few days of low 100-300 a day approvals and then a spike of 10 to 20,000 or more approvals a day all the while we have a STEADY constant demand for accounts and signups, and people are just getting in line and approved at different times because they seem to have some problem with someone working part time.
