Is this real ? I CANT BUY STEEM IN THE INTERNAL MARKET !

I am trying to buy steem with sbd in the internal market but unfortunately it doesn't work .
I cant place orders , i cant upvote , i cant resteem , it says i cant do anything until i power up , however i cant power up , lucky i haven't sent the steem in this account , only tried with a small amount of SBD
I guess i need to open a new account before i get back on steemit .
