Team Accra will be choosing its board members to fulfill the following responsibilities; if you feel you or someone you know is qualified please let us know via COMMENT so that we can reach out for an interview. Along with position specific criteria each board member must be able to do the following things:

• Stay informed on the Team Accra’s missions, rules, and memorandums.

• Prepare talking points for board and committee meetings.

• Serve as committee or task force leaders and organize board approved special assignments.

• Make a personal contribution to the organization. ( 11 Steem Power delegation and 5 sbd/steem donation to @accra )

• Be a team accra ambassador.

• Suggest possible more qualified nominees to lead committees in view of yourself.

• Maintain an active hand in the developments of the organization.

• Follow and enforce @accra and #accra rules and regulations.

1. CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER ( @masterroshi )

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for the following duties:

• Strategic management: Ensure that Team Accra is growing through coordination, communication and consultation. (must also keep tabs on the feelings of regular members)

• Executive management: A chief executive it will be your responsibility to ensure the Board is working efficiently and staying on track. ( keeping up with other executives and committees/task forces)

• Finance: The CEO will be working closely with the CFO and COO to ensure liquidity and transparency of any accounts involved with Team Accra.

• Marketing: The CEO will be working closely with Ambassadors and COO to ensure membership growth and satisfaction.

• Human resources: The hiring and firing of board members will come to a vote with the CEO having equal weight as other board members.

• Must have good communication, organizational and strategic skills to take on this position.

• CEO must be prepared to travel across Ghana and abroad to fulfill their duties as Chief Executive.

• Must be able to give 30 or more hours a week to your position.

2. CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

• The Chief Of Operations for Team Accra will be responsible for the following duties:

• Help shape financial and business plans, review financial reports, and advise the CEO about financial decisions before board meetings.

• Manage daily administration for Team Accra and the operation of webpages, profiles and facilities.

• Manage the daily budgeting process and ensure auditing and accounting policies are followed.

• Manage staffing of the organization including recruitment, training, benefits, and the retention of employees. (must be approved by board vote)

• Analyze the internal workings to identify and deploy the best methods of running Team Accra.

3. CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

The Chief Financial Officer for Team Accra will be responsible for the following duties:

• Shaping technological agenda for Team Accra and lead technical committees/projects

• Maintain up to date master of the technology and developments that can help the team

• Consolidate team accra’a various platforms and create plans for each to grow.

• Track, analyze and monitor online and other technological metrics.

• Identify new areas of digital marketing opportunities and create plans with other board members and committees.

• Provide innovative thoughts and leadership,.

• Chairman of IT projects to increase our market presence and usability

• Oversee all design and changes in online and computerized systems

4. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

• The Chief Financial Officer for Team Accra will be responsible for the following duties:

• Coordinate with CEO and COO to build a budget and address the financial needs of Team Accra

• Manage financial risk of the team

• Coordinate fundraising efforts for team Accra.

• Coordinate Team Accra charities/giveaways.

• Help set up a payment plan for Board members (and eventually regular members)

• Advise board of long range financial plans and introduce new programs/ strategies for growth.

• Must have good problem solving and creative skills and an ability to make decisions based on accurate judgements in a timely manner.

5. THE HEAD AMBASSADOR

The Head Ambassador will be responsible for:

• Analyze the potential membership of the team and interact with them to drive growth

• Oversee efforts across the team for social media or other digital marketing avenues. (for growth and profitability)

• Build a brand for Team Accra and make all communications align with that brand

• Meet with the Chief Executive and board regularly to formulate marketing plans

• Work with CTO to create a look and content for our online monetary and social media outlets.

• Plan the marketing budget and keep track of ROI

• Do market research to keep an understanding of how the demographics are changing

• Build a marketing team and mentor them

• Build relationships with creative, digital and media agencies

• Build relationships with other Crypto groups in Ghana. (Eventually we will create a National Organization)
  
  

6. CHIEF MEDIA MANAGER

The Chief Media Manager will be responsible for:

• Provide Team Accra with media guidance (videography, photography, graphic design etc)

• Work closely with Head ambassador to plan marketing ideas

• Assist in training marketing team

• Review all media content before it is put online.

• Create programs to teach media skills to members

• Chair Media/marketing committiees (or nominate a chair)

• Work with the board to use media for all aspects of team Accra

7. LEGAL OFFICER

The Legal Officer Will be responsible for:

• Building a legal structure around team accra. Including helping formulate a mission statement and a business plan with the board members

• Teach other team members about Local, National and International law.

• Keep Board informed of legal issues and remedies.

• Maintain the minutes of Board meetings

• Review any legal documents and contracts involving team Accra

• Stay informed about legal developments in our industry

• Lead Committees on Legal & Political issues
