I agree with you totally on all points you highlighted. Steemit is an awesome well thought through platform, that rewards creativity, determination and persistence. I look forward to reading more writeups from you, so i am following you.

you know when i jioned i was just after the rewards but over time i realised that value creation and connectivity was the key.
I have added more scales to my set of skills from the system.... i will feel i have to share as well so others can benefit too.
