While we waited for our turn to arrive to the beautiful Toledo city, we decided to relax and lower our anxiety, buying a fruit salad made with locally grown products.

When we travel, we usually consume fruits in the afternoon (The local and seasonal fruits are much better, because they provide a more intense flavor and they are very tasty). We can eat it alone, in salads or in raw juices (without adding any type of sweeteners), because not only will we be able to suppress those "sugar dips" that can attack us in the middle of the afternoon, but also we will stay a little hydrated and at the same time we will be adding fiber to our digestive system (Goodbye constipation!).
